Remove yourself from InfoPay

Steps

  1. InfoPay, Inc. is the parent company, not a search site itself — it has no self-serve removal form. Its brands include InfoTracer, CourtCaseFinder, IDStrong, RecordsFinder, PropertyChecker and GoodCar.
  2. If your listing is on InfoTracer, use the InfoTracer opt-out first — it is quick and email-verified. For the other brands, use the "Do Not Sell" or "Opt Out" link in each site's footer.
  3. For a company-wide deletion request, open the InfoPay privacy policy and use the contact routes it lists: email privacy@infopay.com, the form at infopay.com/contact, or post to InfoPay, Inc., 28 Atlantic Ave Suite 227, Boston, MA 02110.
  4. In the email, say you are requesting deletion of your personal information under your state's privacy law, and include your full name, current and previous addresses, date of birth and links to any listings you found. Do not send ID unless they ask.
  5. InfoPay says it must be able to "reasonably verify" you and will respond within the timeframe your state law sets — 45 days in most states. It also notes you can only make certain requests once or twice per 12 months, so make one complete request rather than several partial ones.
  6. After a month, search the brand sites again to confirm.
Deletion rights under state law only apply if you live in a state with a privacy law (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and others). Everyone else should lean on the per-site opt-out forms, which InfoPay honours regardless of state. Data returns from public-record refreshes, so re-check yearly.
