What we collect

Only the personal info you give us so we can send broker takedowns on your behalf — name, address, phone, email, and any aliases you provide. We never collect anything you don't explicitly enter.

What we do with it

We send it to the specific data brokers you authorize for removal. That's it. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything.

What we don't do

We do not send marketing email. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels. We do not have a Facebook pixel, Google Analytics, or any equivalent. Any stats we run on our own traffic are first-party and aggregated.

Opt-out link clicks and reports

When you click an opt-out link on this site it passes through our own redirect so we can see which brokers people use and catch dead links. We log the broker, the time, a one-way hash of your IP address, and your account if you're signed in. Problem reports and broker submissions you send us are stored with your account so we can follow up. Both are included in your data download; deleting your account deletes your click log and detaches your reports from you.

Your rights (CCPA, GDPR, and state laws)

You can download a copy of your data, correct your email address, or delete your account at any time from the "Your data" section of your account page. Deletion takes effect immediately and removes your account and all removal progress. If you can't access your account, contact us using the details below and we'll honor your request within 30 days.

Account security

Passwords and recovery codes are hashed with bcrypt. We never store them in plaintext. We do not send password reset emails — recovery requires the one-time code you saved at signup.
