Remove yourself from ZoomInfo

Steps

1. Open ZoomInfo's privacy page and click "Request Removal" (it is also reachable from the "Your Privacy" link in the zoominfo.com footer). You land on a "Request to Remove Your Information" form.
2. Enter your email address and phone number — use the work email ZoomInfo is most likely to have on file, because that is how it finds your profile. Your name is optional. Click "Get Code".
3. Check that inbox. Depending on the version of the form you get, the email holds either a six-digit code to type into the page and "Confirm", or a single "Verify Opt-Out Request" button to click. Either way, no phone call or ID is required.
4. If your email isn't on a ZoomInfo record, you're asked for extra details (name, employer, profile URL) so they can find you. If it is, you go straight to the "Remove My Profile" page.
5. Choose a reason ("privacy concern" is fine), decide whether to let ZoomInfo pass your opt-out to other data brokers, and click "Submit". A confirmation page appears after a few seconds.
6. Suppression usually lands within 24–72 hours; give it up to 5 business days. If you're still listed after that, email remove@zoominfo.com.
