Remove yourself from ZabaSearch

Estimated time: 5–10 minutes. Difficulty: easy.

Steps

  1. Open the ZabaSearch opt-out page. ZabaSearch is a PeopleConnect (Intelius) property, so you are sent to the PeopleConnect Suppression Center.
  2. Enter your email address, agree to the terms and click Continue.
  3. Open the verification email from PeopleConnect and click the link.
  4. Enter your date of birth, tick the checkbox and click Continue, then enter your full legal name.
  5. Find your record, set "Desired Behavior" to "Suppressed" and click Save. No phone or ID upload.
  6. Allow 48–72 hours, then search zabasearch.com for your name to confirm.
Already suppressed on Intelius, TruthFinder or Instant Checkmate? That same request covers ZabaSearch — just confirm here. ZabaSearch is known for re-adding people when newly scraped data does not match a suppressed profile, so re-check every couple of months.
