Remove yourself from SearchPeopleFree

Estimated time: 10 minutes. Difficulty: easy.

Steps

  1. Open the SearchPeopleFree opt-out page (also "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in their footer).
  2. Enter your first and last name and your email, tick the consent box, complete the CAPTCHA and click "Begin removal process".
  3. Open the email from Search People FREE and click the link. It expires after 24 hours.
  4. You are now in "record removal mode" — a green bar shows under the header and you have 30 minutes before the session expires. Search for yourself, open your listing and click the remove button.
  5. You will get a confirmation page and a confirmation email. No phone or ID required.
  6. SearchPeopleFree says to allow 3 days. Clear your cache, then search searchpeoplefree.com again to confirm.
If the 30-minute removal window runs out, you have to request a new email link. Same family as FastPeopleSearch and TruePeopleSearch but no shared opt-out. Data resurfaces within a few months, so re-check.
