Remove yourself from PeopleLooker

Estimated time: 5–10 minutes. Difficulty: easy.

Steps

  1. Open the PeopleLooker opt-out page. PeopleLooker is a BeenVerified brand, so BeenVerified processes the request.
  2. Enter your first and last name, choose your state and click Search.
  3. Find your record and click "Proceed to Opt Out" next to it.
  4. Enter your email, solve the CAPTCHA and click "Send Verification Email".
  5. Open the BeenVerified email and click the "verify opt out" link. No phone or ID needed.
  6. Your listing should be gone from peoplelooker.com within 24 hours. Re-search to confirm.
Opting out here does not automatically clear BeenVerified or its other sister sites (NeighborWho, Ownerly) — do those separately. Search for name variations too; each one is its own record.
