Remove yourself from MyLife

Steps

  1. Search mylife.com for your name and city. Try every city and name combination you have used — MyLife often has more than one profile per person.
  2. Open each profile that is yours and copy its full URL from the address bar.
  3. Go to the MyLife privacy request form.
  4. Fill in the details as MyLife has them: state, first and last name, city, ZIP, birth year, and paste the profile URL. Enter your email.
  5. Complete the email verification step the form asks for. No ID upload is required.
  6. MyLife is slow: expect 1–2 weeks. Re-search after 15 days. If the form fails, email privacy@mylife.com with your name and the profile link, or call 1-888-704-1900.
MyLife re-lists people every 3–6 months as it re-scrapes public records. Put a reminder in your calendar and repeat. Ignore any upsell — removal is free.
