Remove yourself from AddressSearch

Estimated time: 5 minutes. Difficulty: easy.

Steps

  1. Search addresssearch.com by name or address so you know exactly how your listing reads (name spelling, street, city).
  2. Open the AddressSearch removal form ("Remove Your Information From AddressSearch.com").
  3. Fill in name, email, street address, state and "city, state zip" exactly as shown on your listing. Use a throwaway email — nothing is verified, but the address goes into their system.
  4. Submit. By submitting you confirm the record is yours or a dependent's. No CAPTCHA, phone call or ID is involved.
  5. There is no confirmation email. Wait 7–14 days, then search the site again.
  6. Still listed? Submit the form once more, and if that fails email support@addresssearch.com with the listing details.
AddressSearch says removal is free and "may take a short time to take effect"; in practice give it up to two weeks. It rebuilds from public property records, so your entry can come back after a data refresh — re-check every few months. There is also an "Edit Your Info" link if you only want to correct an address rather than vanish.
